Official Transcripts and Test Scores

Rice Business requires all official transcripts to be on file with the Admissions Office. This includes official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate degree-granting institutions. Failure to provide these official transcripts will result in a registration hold. 

Send official transcripts electronically (through a password protected vendor) to appservices@onlinebusiness.rice.edu. Or send official transcripts by mail in a sealed envelope from a university official to:

If you were required to submit GMAT, GRE or Executive Assessment scores during the application process, we must have official score reports on file to avoid a registration hold. If you provided unofficial test scores for admissions review, be sure to provide the admissions team your official scores. Use the following codes to submit your scores:
