Lemuel “Lem” Anaejionu


Teaching Managerial Economics

Lemuel “Lem” Anaejionu earned his J.D. and MBA from Columbia University in 2010 and his BBA in finance from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business in 2004. He worked as a corporate associate for Proskauer Rose LLP from 2010 to 2013, focusing on M&A and private investment funds.

Being an entrepreneur first and lawyer second, Lem left Proskauer Rose in 2013 to pursue his own practice. In 2015, after consulting with a number of startups, he founded Anaejionu + Kuhr //Attorneys at Law to provide quality legal services to: (i) startups, (ii) angel investors and family offices that invest in startups, and (iii) key employees that join startups.

Lem also guest lectures at The University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business and Huston-Tillotson University in the areas of finance, entrepreneurship and economics. He currently splits his time between Austin, Texas, and New York, New York.

When not lawyering and lecturing, Lem likes to lift heavy stuff repeatedly and bounce a ball around a court.
