Meagan Sutton

Lecturer of Organizational Behavior

Dr. Meagan Sutton is a lecturer at Rice Business, teaching Organizational Behavior in the MBA@Rice program. As an applied practitioner, she has held roles providing leadership coaching, diagnosing and identifying solutions to team and organizational challenges, leading large-scale change initiatives, and designing and delivering leadership development programs for organizational leaders at all levels—primarily in health care. Sutton is currently the director of leadership development at Houston Methodist, a large multihospital academic medical center serving the Greater Houston area.

She completed her undergraduate degree in industrial organizational psychology at Abilene Christian University and went on to obtain her master’s and doctorate from the University of Houston.
